Call for a prayer means to spread a word of Allah. Now it's your choice to reject it or accept it . And it's by no means something which will wake you up or damage your ear drums. So with the invent of latest tech loud speakers should be used so the word of Allah reach out to maximum people.

This has to be a give and take. If the Indian Muslims have to stop doing the azaan on loudspeakers ( and start using the cell phone app Muslim Pro ) then the Hindus have to also stop prayers and songs from Ganapati pandals; the maddening fireworks during Deepawali / Diwali, Dussehra, wedding processions; help other communities to eliminate the 35+ million stray dogs in India ( maddening sound among other things ); abolish privately-owned personal transport vehicles ( imagine their noise ).

Dharminder is an insecure fellow who was given an option to complain to authorities by a by-stander in the video but he was hell bent on harassment even when he himself said that he will ensure some legal action will be taken. He could have talked to Muslim Imam without threats and harassment as Imam didnt know law. Dharminder is trying his best to be a thug.

Their is a popular saying Ignorantia juris non excusat meaning principle that ignorance of law is no excuse.

Harassment Number 1:

Dharminder is not a law enforcing officer, yet he is giving ultimatum of 7 days. He has no authority to do that.

He doesn't have to be a law enforcing officer to intervene as he was getting harrassed by the regular blasting of a loudspeaker and he simply stated his ground against this harassment.

Harassment Number 2 and Threat:
Dharminder is himself ready to break law by putting large number of speakers in front of masjid if his demand is not met. This is harassment and a threat.

This could come out to be true since Dharminder is questioning the funding source for construction of the 4-storey building so such a mentality exists where legitimacy of buildings and neighborhood will be questioned by hindus.

Ready to break a law is no crime unless committed , many people are ready to kill a terrorist who has hurt innocents are they murderers ?
