Say it noise pollution or Azaan but don't mix. Noise pollution requires silence from all around like temple bells

5 times a day 365 days a year is too much, eventually India will find a solution for it. You have to remember this is not a muslim country and most people cant stand it, I know a bunch of Christians who hate it too.. so it's not a right wing Hindutva thing either.

And that is the problem. The 35+ million stray dogs in the country did not breed and grow in isolation. There is a fool female in my neighborhood who once a day used to prepare special plastic packs of rice and deliver it to the stray dogs in the area on her scooter. I rebuked her and she stopped though I think she feeds those near her street corner. Her building itself has three or four pet dogs !

People in India die of hunger and people are attacked by dogs, some killed, and there are people here feeding dogs ! Madness !

This incident happened some days ago in Gurgaon :

While residents of the condominium alleged that stray dogs had attacked over 20 people over the last three months, the police said that the family, of a couple and their three-year-old daughter, was held hostage in their car for nearly five hours.

Praveen Kumar, another resident of the society, said that he had also filed a police complaint against the couple. “The couple lives in another block and I had already warned them several times not to do any activity outside my apartment. If they want to feed the stray dogs, why should they target another block?” he said.

Incidents pertaining to stray dogs continue to create friction among residents of societies. A man was arrested in 2019 for allegedly hiring people to beat stray dogs, after several residents complained that the dogs were missing from the area.

May this incident repeat all over the country. Stray dogs must be eradicated. I like what they are doing in Kerala.

azan is best dealt with at the local panchayat and municipality levels, if enough people want it gone, the local leaders should ban them. Modi and the centre would be best advised to not stray there and have people make it a national issue.

In USA the Muslims there use a cell phone app called Muslim Pro to get to know of things like prayer time and the qibla ( direction to pray ). This app should be adopted in India.

The Hindus and others should also adopt a more harmonious attitude.
