Lol, wtf, they just agreed to sell S400 to India , so they want to double their money by selling weapons to Pakistan as well? We should send them back home and tell them not to destabilise the region. If the bribes are too big then at least ask for TOT in any deals.

Please don't, they don't work well when you face a modern adversary. India's tech is based on US and Israeli tech. So take a look at all the top notch air defense stuff being used in Iraq, Libya, Serbia, etc, etc. These things look good on paper and to threaten a few jets. Not an advance military when its ready to hit some country.

Get Western AD from Italy if you can't get the US one's. Better yet, get some TOT from others and build your own industry over the long run.

Pakistan and Indian can be true Friends if India give up it's claim on Kashmir and hand over occupied Kashmir to Pakistan.
If india does that, we will allow India to join CPEC.We will allow India to have Road and Train route access through Pakista to Aghanistan, Iran, CAS and all the way to Russia. We will be glad to give India MFN status.
We will love to have Indian companies operate in Pakistan. We will be glad to have JV in auto, IT (software & Hardware), Engineering, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, as well as in Entertainment industry.
It will be a win -win situation for Pakistan and India.
India will have friendly neighbors on both sides. India will not have to worry about it's western border. Our border will be like the borders of western European courtries.
All of this can be done only if India resolve the Kashmir issue.
We might even consider selling jf-17 block 3 to India since stealther block 4 was proposed by China.

That said only source of the OP post is a tweet by a Twitter troll nisar hussain, also the picture appears suspicious as no Pakistani can be seen and most Russian guys in the photo do not even look military.
So a proper source is needed to clarify doubts.

Russia needs China & China/Pakistan alliance needs no explanation. Access from the central asia/ old soviet states makes perfect sense for Russia and they are grabbing the opportunity fast. Russia will get strategic access to the warm waters of the Arabian sea (projecting power) and further to Africa the next rising economic giant where China is well settled.

Honestly, india is largely irrelevant in virtually every respect except for the fact that it will used like a nuisance against China/Pakistan.

Russia can help Pakistan on war against terrorism, they have vast experience of fighting with Chechen militants, they demolished them and brought Peace there. We should try to get few more Mi35 attack helicopters , Also need assistance in SAM program, even if they provide us s300 with TOT, this should be major break through . We should go for more attack helicopters to combat terrorists in such difficult area of Pak Afghan region. Mi35 suits us best there

Yes we need MI 35 and in large numbers for our special forces for SAM they already have offered us BUK M3 and Pantsir S2 and one other Air Defence system and I am hoping we go for S350 Air Defence System. Russia also offered us MI-28 during IDEAS 2016. And I think Pakistan should test them and also T-129 and Z-10 and the one which performs best should come and come with TOT. Finally we can lot of new small arms from Russia. Russia recently has introduced lot of new good sniper rifles and also making good handguns now so let's hope for the best. @Horus is also saying AK-103 has performed best in trials to replace Type 56 I hope it that is the case than instead of BREN 807 we get AK-103 with TOT.

Pakistan and Russia will have co-operation in the field of counter terrorism,mutual exercises and few defence co-operation etc, but getting lethal weapons from russia will be out of question even after close relations between INDIA and US.
