You are older and wiser to me but let me tell you something, Between India and Pakistan it's all political. It's foolish to throw yourself at this politics and get wasted because if you do so you will never get justice. There is a time for everything, there will be a time for Kashmir and God willing there will be a time for Khalistan too. I know as a matter of fact that Pakistani embassy in Italy and Spain has helped many Indian sikhs in similar circumstances. Why not try going to Pakistani embassy in Japan?
Also i agree with @Dhara . I met many Indians Illegally living in Europe and all had similar stories. Indian foreign office only helps when there is media spotlight or Kalbhoshan Yadev. Other Indians abroad dont get much help and its opposite if you are illegal in a foreign country. Not only they dont help you , they also harass you and try to build more cases against you.

@Dhara - you seem like a smart guy - at least smart enough to state in an open public forum that you stole your cousins identity to live illegally in Japan

I would recommend that you travel to Pakistan - the same way you travelled to Japan - and then ask for asylum. I'm sure the Pakistani authorities will believe your story implicitly - the same way that PDFers do and will no doubt take very good care of you.
