Your gf has just left you alone only, mine has been left this world. She died in an accident in 2014.
I tell you the best solution to overcome this situation. First don't try to forget her as you will never be succeeded.
Don't let your pain to make you weak. This is the best time you will learn a lot and will become more strong person in your future life.
If you are a creative person then try to portrait your pain in paintings, in your writing, in your skills and in your ambitions. Don't let yourself die inside. You have to live with this rejection. And prove that your are not that worthless .
Then one day in this journey you will find your right match.
I hope you will come out as a strong personality.
God bless you.

Hi,

I am 17 and had my first breakup last December. I was really really crazy about this girl whom I dated for 2 years in High School. We even planned to marry as soon as I qualified. Last December I was in Namibia with my family on holiday and whilst there we had a rented cottage next to a Moroccan family who have 2 beautiful daughters whose ages are close to mine and my younger brother's. My younger bro and I found these girls very attractive but due to my commitment to my girlfriend, I refused to socialise with the Moroccan girls unlike my younger bro who spent late nights at the entertainment centre playing pool with the Moroccan girls and their brother. Then on Christmas eve I got a message from the love of my life. It was a lengthy message after an unusual day of no calls from her and ignoring my calls. The message essentially told me that she felt too committed in our relationship and being 17 she felt that she needed to be free. Then in one sentence she concludes by saying "u r studyin in cape town now, u come 2 dbn very seldom, we need 2 move on, plse delete my contact details, i dont luv u or want 2 see u again, maaf n best of luck 2 u. salaams". I was devastated and showed my dad the message. He smiled and told me that Allah (SWT) has a destiny for each human being and that my destiny was starting to play itself out.. He then winked at me and told me that my bro needs my help at the entertainment centre. I spent the evening at the entertainment centre with the Moroccan girls and one of them confessed that she found me very attractive. Best holiday I ever had. Got over my girlfriend and realised how crowded I really was in our relationship, missing out on fun stuff which guys at my age do due to my commitment to her.

My advise to you is the same which my dad passed onto me...Allah(SWT) has a destiny for each human being and yours is starting to play itself out. Grab the moment and rejoice instead of mourning. Asalaam Alaikum to you.

No wonder people in south Africa grow up under such stress that they shoot girlfriends.

Worst still when muzzies shout their religious slogans.

Muzzies be like

Either i am shizz deep in puszy or i am going full bin laden.

Forget her. there is no such true love these days. Just F*** and go on that's what is going on nowadays. Find some modest girl and get married as soon as possible.

And that will ruin you. Keep away from this shit.

thanks sir i will start a gym today.
Excellent. Take your mind off her body and focus it on yours. :enjoy:

Do not forget your diet. There is already a health thread with plenty of excellent advice. Am also a life long martial artist so if you want to focus further on personal development, take up a local martial art joint. Work your daily routines until at the end of the day, all you want is to wolf down a meal and sleep. Do not let your mind idle for long.

I went thru two emotional severances, my divorce and when Pop died. Each was painful in its own ways, in both intensity and effects. But the common fix was that I kept my mind busy. It is not cruel and does not make you a heartless person. Nothing wrong with mourning for each loss, but the longer you mourn, not only do you deny yourself any chance of getting better, the longer you deny those who cares for and watch out for you THEIR peace of mind about you for you are their emotional attachments. Grief is proof that you are a human being, but that is the extent of it. Grief should not serve as a chain in your life.

Oscar Mugabe whatever dude.

You muzzies treat women as crap and then snitch about petty break ups.

Must be a muzzie trait

Must be a sub-continental 'muzzie" trait. Here in SAfrica, we muzzies treat our women like queens. I even let my first ever date pay for our lunch just to show her how liberal minded I am. She never called again. I wonder why :D
