Help- Computer experts needed (overclocking my GPU on my laptop)

Before you do anything to make your laptop hotter you might want to google laptops/heat/sperm count. If your planning a family stick to a desktop ;)

Even low settings on bf3 look good. There's not a huge amount of difference.

Intel Core i7-3632QM (2.2 GHz, up to 3.2 with Turbo boost)
NVIDEA GeForce GT 630M with 2GB memory
8 GB DDR3 memory
750 GB HDD
Windows 8 64bits

This is insulting! 8GB! make it 12GB-16GB Atleast.

Nope, 1. I want to use it for studies, chatting etc... I cannot do such stuff with a PS3

2. Both, XBOX 360 and PS3 Graphics in BF3 are way behind PC graphics.

Also you can only play 24 players on consoles, which is a joke on the huge battlefield 3 maps. On PC you can play on 64 player maps.

Mate, why not build a computer it will be much better. I have 680 on my computer previously I was using a 550-560TI (can't remember which one). The 680 gives a good 55-60 FPS while playing BF3 though it has some problems when I play DayZ though I think it is more of a problem with my CPU than the Graphic Card. Currently I have an ASUS which has GT 630M 2GB memory. Though I could play BF3, I usually don't because it overheats pretty quick and the fan runs like crazy. So I would say it would be much better to build a gaming PC or maybe wait for the upcoming X-Box 720 or PS4 (though I don't recommend buying a console since they are pretty under powered compared to PC).

I know :) But I need the mobility of a laptop but on the other hand I cannot afford a high end over expensive gaming laptop.

What setting do you play BF3 on the laptop right now, because I checked my setting and two are on Ultra while the rest are on high and I can play about half hour of a match before shutting down the laptop for it cool off.

I can play it on high sets quite smoothly which is already better than anything which is offered by the PS3 or the XBox 360.
But I dont know how my laptop will cope once the heat really kicks off here.... :O
