Military VIP transport in Pakistan basically have pretty much the same requirements, so why all these different aircraft? We have citation, Embraer, Dassault and now Hawker - I don't get it.
would like to know what special aircraft mission roles will the remaining 3 play.
The first of four Hawker 850XP aircrafts ordered by Pak Navy was delivered in mid-August 2010, for an official handover ceremony, the aircraft was then to fly back to the USA for the VIP fit-out. The four aircrafts are to be used as VIP transport.

Harbin Z-9 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaPakistan
Pakistan Navy - Pakistan Naval Air Arm - Z-9EC ASW variant inducted 23 September 2009, configured with pulse-compression radar, low frequency dipping sonar, radar warning receiver and doppler navigation system. Armed with torpedoes. To be carried on the F-22P Zulfiquar-class frigates.

Private Jet Solutions by Jet AdvisorsThe Citation Sovereign looks great standing alone: but how does it measure up to another jet of its class? The Hawker 850XP is a worthy contender for this competition.
....
In summary, the Citation Sovereign has a definite edge on the Hawker 850XP in terms of performance -- but consider the cost savings before passing a verdict. In 2006 dollars, the Citation Sovereigns purchase price was $15.5 million, while the Hawker 850XP was $13.8 million. However you look at it, $1.7 million is too significant a difference to be ignored. So how does the Sovereign really measure up to its peer? That answer depends on which you value more -- high performance or an additional couple million in your pocket.

Pakakhbar has been informed that Pak Navy has ordered only one such aircraft, which is intended for multi-mission role.
