You're getting too libertarian, I hope it's your genuine beliefs but in religious and ethnically nationalist countries, hate speech can incite violence. So, in my opinion it's not universalist to say that.No one should be arrested/charged/imprisoned for mere words said.
No, having something written in the constitution does not mean, it's true. US is also famous for it's private jails, homeless people, electing Trump, Christian bigots etc. US ranks 25 on democracy index, 27 on social mobility index and 48 on Press freedom index. Being rich does not mean, you're automatically best in everythingRule of law is different measure of different indicator to what I am saying. The US simply has the maximised personal freedom anywhere in the world (in the classical liberal mold developed during western enlightment) given 1A and 2A. It doesnt exist anywhere else in the world. Neither can any "index" fairly capture and represent that in my opinion since its a threshold frontier rather than simple realpolitik application/situation. But frontiers are important to the downstream reality too...since they define the operating space.

Also, since now you're talking sensibly, may I ask you about the source of that news?
Also what is your general view of the origin of RSS and Savarkar?
Strange as it may appear, Mr. Savarkar and Mr. Jinnah, instead of being opposed to each other on the one nation versus two nations issue, are in complete agreement about it. Both agree, not only agree but insist, that there are two nations in India—one the Muslim nation and the other the Hindu nation. They differ only as regards the terms and conditions on which the two nations should live. Mr. Jinnah says India should be cut up into two, Pakistan and Hindustan, the Muslim nation to occupy Pakistan and the Hindu nation to occupy Hindustan. Mr. Savarkar on the other hand insists that, although there are two nations in India, India shall not be divided into two parts, one for Muslims and the other for the Hindus; that the two nations shall dwell in one country and shall live under the mantle of one single constitution; that the constitution shall be such that the Hindu nation will be enabled to occupy a predominant position that is due to it and the Muslim nation made to live in the position of subordinate co-operation with the Hindu nation.[/QUOTE]
Ambedkar on Savarkar, and I assume you're also aware of the Savarkar's celebration of Nazism and desire to implement it in India?
