Have been on this forum for 2 years and have seen how Indians constantly flame or divert topics that they find embarrassing. It is the Indians who appear the most afraid of honest discussion. I was member of the Indian Defence Forum and they did not allow any criticisms of Indian government policy there. The Indians here pretend to discuss but they actually are not. They are always discussing irrelevant matters simply because they cannot face the truth about their country.

HASINA AND HER PRO INDIA POLICY- A Lame Topic name because It Insults a BD Politician of Hasina stature. A BD Politician should not be Pro India or Pro Pakistan, they should be Pro Bangladesh!

Correct. However, in India we can take even PM to the court and in 1975 Mrs Gandhi was defeated and had to save her skin by imposing emergency. If one has the gutts to call someone corrupt, then he should have the gutts alsoto prove.

Our court also declared decentralization of Higher Court illegal which was also in a sense against the same court.
Our court declared a lot of ordinance void at the time of military backed caretaker govt.
Even the court brought defamation charge against sitting prime minister Hasina in her last tenure and she had to say sorry to the court..

So Mr Munshi is wrong??? He used words like Locus standi etc to scare people away So if a case can be filed, whats stopping people like Mr Munshi, a Barrister from Bringing the COAS to justice?
