First of all, I was not denying US government have joint program with Chinese government. That is not the claim here. You claim is "MAJORITY of Chinese grad student in US were funded by US government", even in your "reference" they only purpose that Chinese Researcher were defrauding the US government for funding.

NIH admitted that at least 75 individual are linked to China's Foreign Talent Recruitment Plan out of 50,000 applicant

In page 59 pin pointed 250 individual who are directly have a conflict of interest. Those are't all Chinese researcher though

Now, I don't know what's your definition of "Majority" 75 or 250 out of 50,000 applicant to the grant are not exactly a large number that would be allow to called "Majority" Also, all US government funded grant are listed, so you can check it against what is the post graduate student in that college and what are the Percentage of Chinese researcher and you can see how "Majority" were the Chinese researcher under US funding.

By the way, the 2 link you linked is actually one reference, the first one is reporting the senate finding (which is the second link) on how Chinese student defrauding the US government.

And you have to ask me why I know so much about American universities, while you know nothing, because I got my PHD from an American university and did 2 year postdoc there before I came back 9 years ago... and I myself was funded by the NSF grant and several other grants from US departments, through my 4 year PHD study + 2 year postdoc.. Similar cases for the majority of my fellow Chinese classmates/colleagues. You know nothing about PHD students and American universities.. Just like I do not know much about universities in AU, but what I heard a lot is that Universities in AU admit international students mainly for the tuition, they seldom provide full funding for international students unlike American universities... This might be the reason you can not believe American universities using government funds to support Chinese students, and you could not even believe professors pay ~$2,000 monthly stipend to us in addition to the tuition, out of their research money essentially from the US government...Or you are just too ignorant...

After this, he claim Majority, if not all of Chinese Post Grad student were funded by the US government. That, from his own reference, turn out not to be true.

He then claim himself was a NSF Post Doctoral Candidate. Well......I want to believe him, but judging by the way he wrote, the way he communicate with his point, I very much doubt that.

Most graduate students are supported in some way, either RA or TA. This is all government funding.

TA paid come from the University itself, not Government funded. I am a TA with Macquarie Uni. Even so RA position weren't government funded.

I got back from the USA almost 10 years ago, what kind of writing should you expect from me?
