if you have zero knowledge and zero intelligence to speak about events, it is better you shut up
or at least ask for informations
He's right.

And that's the point of the video. The complete futility and stupidity of this terrorist group.

This goon is trying so hard to defend Egypt's position with all his sugar coating just like a paid anchor would do.

There is more than one clip. This is a mixture of different commentators.

No he's not right. He 's speaking like a teenager knowing nothing but having enough arrogance to act like he is an expert.

I don't like Hamas and this is not the point here . They are the NUMBER ONE to blame here ...
they give hell to the people of Gaza even if Israel (in the words even from Israelian friends) having not always the best policy especially with the government now.

the fact he is saying "they are the same since they are the suicide bombers in the region"
see in Iraq who is doing suicide bombing or in Syria . tell me ;)

Iran supported Hamas and could still go on supporting Hamas since a few guys, but the guys in Iran who lead the country, are fanatically anti Israel. I don't mean government or all politics. i mean the real power.
they will always have some support and they don't care Hamas is a bad group. Sadly.

But summarizing the complex situation in Iran or in the region with such words he used..
this is a kid's behavior

I agree with these Arabs memrii is a good news channel and it always good to see their videos. That being said I really do not see why Hamas would have provoked this latest round of blood shedding, they literally had nothing to gain and everything to lose from such a thing. Especially after the unity government was formed so unless they are totally retarded it makes no sense that they would go out of their way to start this and Israel has yet to provide proof that Hamas was behind the original murders.

Wait, are you forgetting all the suicide attacks in Israel from these people? the palestinians were using suicide bombers before anyone else in the region or in Islam.

Iran funds Islamic Jihad and those rockets being fired have come from Iran.

I'm not saying it's the Iranian people. Everyone knows it's the government.

Anyway, it's good to see that the Arab world is waking up slowly to what Hamas, Islamic Jihad etc are doing and that it's THEY who are the problem.

Definitely wouldn’t consider them an impartial news source, considering it was created by a former Israeli intelligence officer.

So is any of the translation inaccurate?

All MEMRI does is translate the videos.

oh, translate videos that fits its propaganda.

Accusations of bias
Brian Whitaker, the Middle East editor for The Guardian newspaper at the time, wrote in a public email debate with Carmon in 2003, that his problem with MEMRI was that it "poses as a research institute when it's basically a propaganda operation".[5] Earlier, Whitaker had charged that MEMRI's role was to "further the political agenda of Israel." and that MEMRI's website does not mention Carmon's employment for Israeli intelligence, or Meyrav Wurmser's political stance, which he described as an "extreme brand of Zionism".[3] Carmon responded to this by stating that his employment history is not a secret and was not political, as he served under opposing administrations of the Israeli government and that perhaps the issue was that he was Israeli: "If your complaint is that I am Israeli, then please say so." Carmon also questioned Whitaker's own biases, wondering if Whitaker's is biased in favor of Arabs—as his website on the Middle East is named "Al-Bab" ("The Gateway" in Arabic)—stating: "I wonder how you would judge an editor whose website was called "Ha-Sha-ar" ("The Gateway" in Hebrew)?[5]

Norman Finkelstein has described MEMRI as "a main arm of Israeli propaganda".In 2006, Finkelstein accused MEMRI of editing a television interview he gave in Lebanon in order to falsely impute that he was a Holocaust denier. In an interview with the newspaper In Focus in 2007, he said MEMRI uses "the same sort of propaganda techniques as the Nazis" and "take things out of context in order to do personal and political harm to people they don't like"

There is speculation about their reasons.

They were at an all time low in their popularity. They would have 100% lost any election.

The way Hamas try and become more 'popular' is by fighting with Israel. They miscalculated and thought that with all of their rockets that they could inflict great casualties on Israel and they would be the heroes of the Arab world and donations would flood in again.

Iran's hand is also here somewhere.

I totally agree with this point.

I do not see Iran's hand in any of this OK maybe Hamas started this because of their drop in popularity but that is stretching it considering they are well aware that they are not in a position to hurt the Israelis but Iran has literally nothing to gain and besides afaik they have had pretty icy relations with Hamas for a while now.
