I think you should read the Oxford Multidimensional Poverty Index where Pakistan is ahead of India . World Bank Figures where again Pakistan has less poverty and according to Indians own admission who have visited Pakistan that scenes of Intense poverty in India are much more prevalent .

As for Sanitation , Its much more better in Pakistan that's why our cities are cleaner .
