Np. I updated the wikipedia table. But the note under the table says if WS-13 is used and it delivers the promised power, the T/W for Thunder can go up to 1.10. Also, separate from WS-13 discussion, one of the PAF pilots at Paris airshow clearly stated in an interview that T/W for Thunder is 1.09. And this is the problem with performing any meaningful comparison. No authentic published information is available.

Ok, i am am starting this thread because i want a no B.S comparison between the Tejas and JF-17. so here are some of the rules im putting out
1. Only comparison between models that have been produced. no "Future block 5 JF-17 will beat the tejas". so only current best tejas vs JF-17 block 2 or B(idk which one is more advanced).
2.Only facts and no speculation.
3.No going of topic and comparing other places.
4.I just want a unbaised comparison of technology, maneuverability, radar, missles and other plane stuff.

On a serious note some facts,

JF 17 is fully operational with a few squads at the moments with the PAF.

Deliveries to foreign nations are beginning to take place. Notably Myanmar and Nigeria.

Block 3 in progress. AT this moment my rough guess is 70 % of air frame work is done. Weapons have been selected an merged most probably. However, radar work is going and in case weapon merger is radar related then it's going to take time. We are yet to see A2A refueling in block 2. It's one of those shitty things that our babus do... put some shit on the plane and forget about it (frustrating). AGAIN A GUESS...

First pakistan has to built something on their own from scratch, built a aerospace indutry of your own then have to talk about the rest, don't compare the one designed and developed and the one which was developed and transferred for PAF.

Pakistan does have an Aerospace Industry and thunder is our Product whether you like it or not we own 58% shares as you said to build on your own we all know how much indigenous Tejas is from engine to Design and weapon package everything is imported only paint is indigenous
