Hafiz Saeed challenges India | Offers to be ' Tried for terrorism'

Umair bhai, the truth of the matter is that the clinching evidence to nail Hafiz Saeed which was provided by India was NOT put up by the government in court! Now, one can't blame the courts for letting this gobbledegook off the hook because of 'lack of evidence'. The government of Pakistan needs to answer why they have hidden these vital documents in their vaults.

If these are made available, Saeed would be in the cooler in quick time! But then, the PA/ISI rules! And they'll never allow that to happen! After all Saeed is one of their most trusted lieutenants who commands a rag tag circus of Yahoos called 'strategic assets' who do the Establishment's bidding, crossing over into Kashmir to spread terror under the mistaken impression that India would hand over Kashmir to Pakistan on a silver platter!

How lame is this?

First of all u have to provided a concrete evidence and also u didnt let us meet Kasab for Cross questioning, now that itself arises big suspicions what maybe u have make yr own theories and he didnt said that or maybe u have forcefully confessed him to say whatever u want him to say.......

That particular act has really weakened yr case here in the first place!!!

It doesnt take much to rule South Asia. Contrarily to PDF Indians myth South Asian kingdoms were always fighting and against each other and not living as one. So British all had to do was conquer dozens of kingdoms one by one, conquered people will join British army and fight with other kingdoms. Do you really think they could have ruled over Subcontinent if there ever was half of unity? By that i mean South Asia divided by 2 kingdoms instead of dozens. Repeat? Mistake? Indians has always been at neutral stance since independence. They were never part of any superpower group. They wr friends with USSR only for military supplies. That is exactly the reason India is standing of its own and not by someone's support.

And regarding Law of Jungle and all then USA wud have done for self interest. Temme what self interest does it serve to USA by announcing Hafeez Syed as Terrorist? Hell, he isnt even fighting against any war supported by USA. Hes is dedicated to Kashmir and USA has always kept itself out of this issue.

Also to clarify, Hafees Syed was branded Terrorist by an International body where we have everyone's representation. go look into this matter in UNO. Ur Haroon was butt silent and dint have any argument against the proofs provided as per American Satellite Pickups. Unfortunately, not all was provided to India. Whatever was, was expectedly rejected by Pakistan. Even if we show video of Syed Dancing, it wud too be rejected on grounds of tampering. Your government wanted Kasab to be send to Pakistan, like it is going to happen.. As I said, no government will allow external agency to investigate in their own soil.. Specially India and Pakistan.. Sayeed knows it very well...
