Hafeez saeed offers aid to Americans hit by superstorm

He can move the Pakistani Supreme Court which can order the Pakistani state to do so.

He can also get any other state to fight on his behalf.

Leave about the Pakistani Law we have nothing to do with it, This guy on TV said that he will support armed Jihad against India and started Begging in public to support terror and most of the terror groups in J and K are banned by UN.

That itself makes him a culprit and a terrorist.

Only thing left is trying this terrorist in UN court of Law.

.
US is not the world nor UN. I am pointing out a mere technicality here - Pakistan is in violation of UN SC resolutions. You can state your position but that will not stand in UN.

Pakistan is not in violation till the UNSC says so.

.
Hafiz Saeed is responsible along with the Lashkar e Jhangvi for the killings of Shias in all over pakistan.......This offer is just the trick of this man to washout his crimes in the book of America. After that he can make better plan to kill the shia... He is not Muslim he is just dividing the all Muslims and making kafirs in Muslims

First of all I can't leave Pakistani law, I will be prosecuted if I did so and lets face it, there was nothing different invoked to find him not guilty, except that the witnesses the prosecution had said that would come to testify against him from India, never showed up - because Indian state did not allow it. The only entity protecting Hafiz Saeed from legal valid prosecution is the Indian government.

Did you take him to court on saying that on TV? Relevant and different laws would apply. He was taken to court on one thing - Mumbai attacks and they failed to prove it. Ergo, he stands not guilty.

Yeah it might be, but more likely hes being a smartass.

But that doesn't change what you can and cannot prove in a court of law.

:alcoholic:

you must be drunked when you say these words.

Till then we're interpretting that our own way, if we're wrong, please redeliberate and tell us and we'll correct ourselves.

And that is absolutely upto Pakistan. That does not change the fact that a person who is on the terror list of UNSC is almost a folk hero in Pakistan and has Pakistani law enforcement agencies providing security services to him.. Everyone is free to interpret it the way they want to. Though one needs to factor in these interpretations when complaining about unfair treatment of Pakistanis and their preset stereotypical profiling in the west..

Your state can consider him one, we have no control over your state doing something wrong. Our state has to follow the Pakistani court.

UNSC does.. Local courts have no jurisdiction over who UNSC should designate as a terrorist..

Actually hes not a hero, I don't even like him, I'll never vote for him. If I could testify against him (that is if I had any knowledge of his crimes, I would step up). But I would fight tooth n nail for the supremacy of the law in Pakistan. No more doctrines of necessity. If you can't prove his guilt, that's on you. You didn't do proper CSI work or proper police work. Your failure.

We are going by the book, if anyone treats us unfairly because we didn't go by the book as per their interpretation, they need to come and contest it at the proper venue. Until then yeah I will complain about all unfair treatment. We are doing things openly, if you have a problem with that, there's the UNSC go and raise the issue there.

We didn't pass any judgment over jurisdiction either, our guy passed judgement on Pakistanis no one said its wrong so its standing.

After a while we will be able to claim that since no one objected for so long, the silence is treated as tacit acceptance of our decision.

We wanted to have one on one with the kassab guy- with the headly guy- but you didnt allow that-
indians doesnt want the truth to be out- thats what we know-

Interview with Kasab? That chap faces the prospect of a noose any day now. What could he possibly tell you that wouldn't be contested by any half decent lawyer? As for Headley, you are asking the wrong guys. Go ask the Americans, I'm sure they will let you have a chat with him since his plea bargain involved cooperating with whoever the Americans agreed to cooperate with.

I know this dude, but unfortunately, people like you are in minority..

As every citizen should.. Please note that I have not advocated a targeted assassination of this guy either..

If you can't prove his guilt, that's on you. You didn't do proper CSI work or proper police work. Your failure.
And there in lies the crunch.. People failing to do this CSI/Police work are also Pakistanis. The part of Pakistani establishment. Right?

A couple of things.. You are not going by the book in real.. If you go thru the links (Pakistani sources) I posted earlier, you will see that Pakistan has a pathetic record of terrorism related convictions due to shoddy prosecution (Pakistani govt). Your judiciary is part of the same system.. If your executive body screws up and does not prosecute right and your judiciary frees the criminals because of lack of evidence, you can not hide behind "We followed the book" because the book you followed is incorrect.

And by your logic, the people at international airports who single out Pakistanis for extra scrutiny are also following the book. They are authorised to single out whoever they feel is a threat and they do... No one told them that they had to be equal opportunity screeners..

Pakistan can claim what ever they want. At the end of the day, till the person / organization is removed from the list of terrorists by UNSC, they are designated as terrorists.. As I said before, no amount of word smithing can change that.

Along with Hafiz sahab every Pakistani can save some billion dollar to spend on affected people by not taking their aid... :)

K, just gonna go down the the embass and give them back the billion dolar check, i'll just build my mansion next month
btw, i'm tinking of returning my phantom, after all i got it as aid

Took 19 people to kill 3k in just few minutes. I mean yeah in Pakistan its all normal but not here.

Joke's on you, you still have the 3k world record

Roits by Mob & above people failed to keep law & order due to limitations of police/security forces.

Pakistani counter parts cannot be compared with these politicians nor does their crimes match.

On that fishes will fly, apple tree will bear mangos & AJTR will talk sense.:P

We knew Pakistan lacks train but never knew condition is so worse.
Thanks for your advice & making the best options available for fast transport in Pakistan.

Someone would have taken your post seriously if you knew some basic grammar :P

It is not Indians who are burning. I am shocked that people here support an Al-Qaeda affliated organization and person. Indians did not say that nor US. It is UN SC which says that and is a legally binding one which each country need to stick to.

Hey hypocrite, when Kashmir is resolved only then you have the right to talk about the UN.

I know this dude, but unfortunately, people like you are in minority..
Imran Khan had a very good debate on this on TV. He pointed out Pakistan's #1 problem since day one has been lack of the supremacy of the law. There's always a gaon ka chowdhary who can have their own way. We made it first the military now the feudal lords, and you want it to be someone else. I'm a strong proponent of letting 10 guilty men go free if it means wrongfully punishing 1. If you can't prove it then its your problem. You have to be better at it.

As every citizen should.. Please note that I have not advocated a targeted assassination of this guy either..
I can't punish him either, can't dial down the severity of the punishment and reverse a not guilty verdict because he seems guilty. He has to be found guilty by a competent court of law.

And there in lies the crunch.. People failing to do this CSI/Police work are also Pakistanis. The part of Pakistani establishment. Right?
While that applies to most of the terrorism related acquittals in Pak, it does not to Hafiz Saeed. India played a huge role in allowing Hafiz Saeed to go free. As many people on this forum have pointed out its in India's interest to see Pakistan get maligned over Hafiz Saeed. If you read up on how the case has progressed (as its still going on against other individuals wanted for Mumbai attacks) you'll learn India is just playing around and is not serious.

Most are misconceptions, like exxagerations that Pakistan does not have a single terrorism related conviction. One of our former mods compiled this, hes busy elsewhere or else this list would be more current.

http://www.defence.pk/forums/pakistans-war/60854-terrorism-convictions.html

If they can give ALL these convictions then all those arguments that they are afraid of their lives is just bull. Who were these judges who convicted them? Take the cases to them. Most acquittals happen in Pak due to bad police work or due to bad legislation - like in the case of Raymond Davis.

And by your logic, the people at international airports who single out Pakistanis for extra scrutiny are also following the book. They are authorised to single out whoever they feel is a threat and they do... No one told them that they had to be equal opportunity screeners..

There are multiple facets to that. Singling out for security is separate - but at the same time its incumbent upon the security forces to improve their process for example in the US they have these giant gun powder residue detectors they made me stand in and I was done in 30 seconds. No inconvenience. At the same time before that they made me sit for 6 hours asked me nothing of value to determine my risk factor and talked rudely to me. Very inconvenient.

Its still wrong since they should send everyone through that test.

So while they have a right to do it, but as I was explaining to vsdoc, if they have a test, then its okay. If they just disbarr me based on the color of my passport then its not.

Pakistan can claim what ever they want. At the end of the day, till the person / organization is removed from the list of terrorists by UNSC, they are designated as terrorists.. As I said before, no amount of word smithing can change that.

Its something livable and its an inconvenience to Hafiz Saeed not to Pakistan.

.
The founder of LET a known terror organisation met David headly who was involved in 26/11 but Pakistanis still think this is not suspect lol yes of course she has the right to live where she wants but she has evidence which can be used to help in the 26/11 case afterall she was married to one of those who took part on 26/11 and met Hafeez saeed

I felt bad when 26 sept happened, but if all indians have the same brain capacity as you, it doesnt sound so bad.
But i wont generalize based on a few trolls on this forum.

JuD is a designated terror outfit as per UNSC resolution against Al Queda..
Arrest him in whatever universe UN bsC is superior to the rule of law.
