pre conditions are worst thing to kill the dialogue . every dialogue show highest rate of success where conditions are defined but not forced before dialogue. anyway , wish you good luck and hopefully both countries resolve there issues peacefully . this is age where every country has its own economic interest and due to such environment non country can get 100 percent support of other country.
