I don't know what's meaning of word Vastu Shastra, but if it's related to something like astrology or any other knowledge/skills like that than a Muslim as per his/her religious belief can't deny the existence of such knowledge/skills, because their existence is acknowledged and Muslims are advised to stay away from them these things and majics.

And take you (people) the Maqam (place) of Ibrahim (Abraham) [or the stone on which Ibrahim (Abraham) stood while he was building the Ka'bah] as a place of prayer (for some of your prayers, e.g. two Rak'at after the Tawaf of the Ka'bahat Makkah), and We commanded Ibrahim (Abraham) and Isma'il (Ishmael) that they should purify My House (the Ka'bahat Makkah) for those who are circumambulating it, or staying (I'tikaf), or bowing or prostrating themselves (there, in prayer).

Saudi Arabia maybe birthplace for Islam but it is not the only country where you should look to find Islam. Women not allowed to drive there has more to do with the Bedouin culture of the ruling Al-Saud clan than Islam. Do not bring Islam into each and every post to justify your nonsense.
