Pakistan should have cctv throughout the country at any one point a person should be seen by atleasy 10-15 cctv cameras although it doesn't sound very friendly but unfortunately this mennace has caused it.

Only the other day we heard about Islamabad and how little cameras where in the city shows why crime is thriving even office buildings and shopping malls have 500-600 cameras

Best Intelligence can be done only by Police. Make sure every Police Station has Intelligence unit. In which work is divided in three shifts and in every shift at least 6 Police Man are dedicated to intelligence work.

There is Special Branch for that purpose. Also, each Police Station has a dedicated team of cops for Intelligence Collection. But where is the failure?

Special Branch is mostly used by the local politicians to counter their political foes or get their dirty stuff done without anyone ever knowing about it. Also, SB is highly corrupt and only influential cops with dirty background are made the part of it. They're the ones who know nothing about Intel Collection, they run local cartels and prostitute networks. SB needs operatives who are intellectual and know how to keep personal hygiene instead of wearing sandals or chappals while working.

Police Station based Local Intelligence Network is the worst ever, I don't even wanna talk about it. They only handle local thugs and provide them a target to snatch, 40% ours, you keep the rest.

There is a saying in security, 'The good guys need to get it right all the time, the bad guys need to get lucky only once'! Cut our police some slack, they do a good job!

All my suggestions are for betterment of Police and increasing their goodwill reducing corruption and giving them proper time to rest and relax. We need to increase size of Police current size results in a single PoliceMan doing duty for 12 to 16 hours. That to sitting in roams or patrolling in Dalas which don't have AC. No human no matter How much fit he or she is can remain normal after that.

A pair to the intelligence could also be to keep the head count equal. might be we could have some invisible men with finger prints erased with sole duty to keep the life lost damage proportional . if we feel good 1:1 if we feel bad 1:2 and if we feel really bad keep on increasing the ratio. money lost by Pakistan should be equated to head count 1 Billion rupee = 1

Today Pakistan [emoji1191] has successfully irradiated the threat to national security and peace. Pakistan came up with different strategies and one of the best was ibo's. Many intel based op's saw the face of failures but continuous effort of agencies met success. The point over here is intelligence is the key factor in national security although it is a double edge sword. If we look into the world of intelligencia we will come yo know it has different spheres with own goals to meet. Now in Pakistan only the premier intel agency is producing the results needed although it has not that muvh share in internal security and stability. Here we have to reduce its burden and organise the ground intelligence and police has one of the best ground intelligence as they havr access to local people and their details. We need to upcome with a strategy to make police strong and efficient so that peace and stability is prolonged.
