We must not encourage hyper adventurers like Musharraf.
His micro finance , his craZe for Concrete and CNG vehicles have chocked our cities and destroyed our trees and landscapes.
Rather than that we should hand over TMAs , Civil hospitals and Forest departments to our versatile and capable Military and we should do it after necessary ammendments in the constitution.
Until and unless we handover certain crucial departments to Army , and dump dishonest and corrupt officials we are doomed.

No doubt Imran Khan is a visionary and hard working leader but we are afraid that as usual, corrupt and incompetent government OFFICERS will fail him.

Government departments work like a Mafia and officials know the techniques to take advantage of the political and social chaos of the country.

Two billion trees mean exenditure of atleast 50 billion rupees.

Main thing is that forest department never demonstrated their willingness or capability to produce tree saplings at this scale.

Tree survival is the main issue and worst enemies of little newly planted trees are the " goats " of nearby villages.

Ayub Khan tried to pass anti goat legislation and he wanted to replace goats with sheep , but our religious supreme court of that time thwarted his such moves.

How we will measure the success rate and how we know that this time money will be spent in a proper way ??

Previous governments also came with similar flowery speeches and they also excited us with monster plans but indicators showed hopeless results.
Huge private bungalows of Forest and other government officers were built with those funds ,where wood from government forests was used Lavishly.
