Many places in London serve hahal food unless you go for English food.
I think you can see the sticker halal approved in many establishments.

Places to visit:
British Museum
Natural History Museum
Madam Tussads( I did not like it, but you may)
London Eye (A giant wheel)
Greenwich(Do a boat trip from westminster to Greenwich)
Oxford street( shopping)

For Pakistani food you could try Shezan or Salhus in Knightsbridge-top end or if you are not too bothered about ambiance posh and don't want alcohol you could try Lahore kebab house on Commercial Road in the East of the city where food is good and cheap
Good Italian near Shezan cant remember the name as well

There are a tonne of museums, I think pretty much all of them are free to get into.
If you're visiting in the summer check out the various parks, there's always something going on.
You can get a tube all day pass for a couple of squid so just roam around and check out the sights.

I you want to see all the sites like Parliament and Buckingham Palace try driving around after 2 or 3 AM in the morning. I wanted to show a friend around and the only way you can travel quickly and see all the sites without tubing it etc is to drive at night and there's much less traffic. There is something for everyone if you could be more specific as to what your interests are I could suggest more

Thanks for the tips guys, i appreciate it :D By the way, i love Indian and Pakistani foods, that is actually part of the reason im gonna visit London. Plus the flight fare is really cheap from Denmark 65£ !!
We thought about primarily visiting the Museums since they are free of charge. We also considered to visit the zoo aand the underground aquarium. I don't think i will visit the wax museum since it is darn expensive, people say its nothing special anyway. I am a student so i have to keep my wallet tight :D

The museums are free to visit. Both the British Museum and Natural History Museum are awesome.
You can purchase multi attraction tickets for the London Eye, Madam Tussads(Top attraction for Indians, I wasn't too impressed), London Aquarium and London Dungeons.
HMS Belfast on the Thames is a nice place to visit too.
Try and walk around, I would recommend Waterloo -> south bank -> Parliament -> Trafalgar Square -> Buckingham Palace through St James Park -> Trafalgar square -> China Town... take a tube to London Bridge -> Walk along the jubilee pathway towards Tower bridge then Tower of London.

Well you should have told that you are student. :). Avoid Madam Tussads then, it is expensive but you may get some offer (like Tussads + London Eeye for 24 quid, but I still think they are overrated, depends on you really.)

Some more museums:
1. Science museum
2. Victoria and Albert museum
(Both these and Natural history museum are in one area)

3. National art gallery (guess its free not sure)

London is pretty safe, but be careful at night, teen gangs are scary.

There are two more places you can consider visiting outside london (stonehenge and bath)

Some useful websites.
gumtree.com
tfl.gov.uk
nationalexpress.com
nationalrail.co.uk
megabus.com

Get an oyester card as soon as you touch down. There could be student concession for many things, also for travelling together. Ask before you buy a ticket.

It is however is Knightsbdrige, so it will cost you, but it is worth it...

I speak from experience, my lot spent well over 1500 quid on the food and it was worth it.
