Japanese loan was originally for karachi circular railway. But thanks to sind gov. After 12 years of unsuccessful negotiations. Jica turned Down its offer for 2.4 billion dollar loan for kcr.

yes it should be but underground will will take hell lot of time Pipelines will get damage water sewerage... and you know people are impatience.... there's a part 1.7 km underground and 2 stations are underground to in Orange Line
