Digging a canal to diver the water is not that expensive. It can easily be covered under NEREGA.

What better use for NEREGA than diverting the Indus water into India ?

Why dump chemicals which can be traced back to us and which will pollute the Arabian sea ? Just stop the water flow and it will pretty much destroy the pakistan agriculture & its fragile economy.

Then let pakistan come begging back to us to sign the treaty again, then ask for dawood as ONE of our new terms. This time paistan will hand him over in a platter.

Keep the treaty renewable every year. That way every year pakistan better give us good reasons to share the water with them.

Im only suggesting to up the bar by dumping lethal chemicals which can destroy crops (food and cash both). Should result in Starvation and Economic annihilation. Indus gets fresh water from Himalayas at all times so negative effects to env. should be negated after a month.

Diverting will be expensive.

Dump chemicals which kill crops. We are looking at potentially starving Pakistan and destroying its economy without firing a bullet whereas Pakistani members want to do the same to India using their entire nuclear arsenal.
