Nishant, Heron, Searcher Mk II, Harop (UCAV for which ToT has also been done), Eitan are in operational status for quite some time now and made in India AURA system is also under process of deployment along with Rustom 1 , 2 & UCAV;

but the endurance and ceiling at which GH operates is unmatched...and the payload....and sensors... are in different league...IMO
