What's new

Government and TLP reach agreement to end countrywide protests

I see those f...cker on the screen I get pissed why do Pakistanis want to bask in s..it while neighboring countries go forward and improve its like we want to stay in the same place and not move
It's going take time and at least another generation. WE can already see people like @Zibago. As we move forward we will see more like him. When one day we have citizens who identify as being 'Pakistani' as opposed to identifying with a 1.6 billion poly-universe of faith spread across the entire globe in 50 countries we will have the internal structural cohesion of a state that can handle these type of stresses. Until then bite your lips .....

.
Civil govt takes time to negotiate in any country exactly what current govt has done. Try and try and try to dialogue with them.

Yes you are correct. My question is why people are bringing army into all this. Why do every time such situation comes forward and people will look towards army. SC has done it's job now the burden rests on our civil govt. Why should army be a element into all this? Yes army is the defender of Pakistan but so is our other institutions. It is good govt has been able to defuse the shit show and I thank govt for its efforts. Army has nothing to do with this whole thing.

Paid di siri wins it once again.

I am so much disappointed. Government surrendered to these goons once again.

So it’s a game for them. Create a reason, sabotage the state. Threat the institutions. Spread the hatred.
Create chaos and destruct the cities.

Say a “Mazraat” and get away with EVERYTHING like a boss.

Somewhere I still have hope or maybe dream that all this is a ploy. As dust settles, these a*ssholes go back and PM IK comes back from a successful trip from China with additional economic package and investmrents. Then one by one the ring leaders are picked up and then sorted out by the 'agencies' for having the temerity to take on the state. But I doubt this will happen ...........

Pakistan needs a attaturk moment or its heading nowhere. No money, no jobs, no peace, no law&order, bonafide mullah republic totally reliant on foreign donors and loans. Congratulations Islam zindabad.

I know to you mullah boneheads this life doesn't mean much because you have 72 virgins and rivers of milk and honey waiting for you when you die (no idea why you will get this when you are okay with spilling a womans blood) but for most people to have a peaceful prosperous life to bring up their children in good health is all they ask for.

Madrassah reforms and removing religion from politics has become just as critical as dams.

and the Molwis won
no cases against them
Aasia Bibi is going on the ECL, and most probably will be punished in the review petition
might as well give the Govt over to Molvis

You have the luxury of avoiding these dinosaurs i dont
Madrassah reforms and removing religion from politics is has become just as critical as dams.
In the echelons of powers there was massive support for SC but the semi literates were against it

.
I thought this would happen. Sad to see that the government (not only PTI, I'm talking about prior governments as well) don't have the strength to take on these lawless mullahs.

Bibi, external agencies got involved and they were applying Syrian model... go eat some ice-cream and relax..apne pocket se :p:...running the country is not a kitty party. We will deal with him on the right time. This was all too sudden..CJP did not forewarn the govt about his verdict and IK had to go to China...so try to understand.

.
I think once get the situation under control and take action against all responsible one by one..BTW ..I think CJP is equally responsible for all this mess for three main reasons
  1. He should have delayed the verdict for a few months
  2. He should have taken the PM into confidence before announcing the verdict
  3. He should not interfere into govt's business and should confine himself to the judiciary.
Law does not bow down to people or government you dumbknuckle.

Judge did the right thing. All of you deshatgard need to understand that its not all about how you interpret the religion. Even if Asia bibi said all those things she's accused of...Your deen is so weak that you let it cloud your judgement? Sounds like you're not a muslim at all. Just a butt hurt toddler throwing a tantrum.

1/3 of our flag is white for a reason!!!

Never going to happen, the state doesn't have the balls to do it. They're not WASPs. There is something to be admired about the white anglo saxon protestant elite. They'll do anything to get to the top and then they'll double down and go to all ends to stay there.

Our people don't have that killer instinct. Savagery isn't the same as killer instinct. The only leader I know of who did was Zia ul Haq.

The Ottomans had some of that same killer instinct, they'd kill their own brothers to become sultan and ensure there was no challenge to their writ. Maybe Zardari has some of that instinct, he did kill most of the Bhuttos to get to the crown, unfortunately he's a cheap thief, interested in wealth, not true power.
