Nokia has been sold to the Microsoft. An era has ended. NOKIA has affected all of ours lives, so lets just for once say. Goodbye NOKIA
It will live on man as a seperate entity in ms
The things that may work for nokia are
1)very good build quality using polycarbonate shells that are of same materials as helmets in ice hockey
2)strong presence in markets like india
3)best inclass camera modules
a)nokia pureview 808 has 1/1.2" sensor size and is largest to date in a
smartphone. The only drawback is that it runs on obsolete symbian os
b)nokia lumia 1020 has 1/1.5" sensor size and it is the second largest
after above camera
For comparison
iphone 5 uses 1/3.2 sensor
iphone 5s uses like 1/3" sensor(speculation)
xperia z1 uses 1/2.3"(biggest after nokia)
c)OIS(optical image stabalization------was pioneered by nokia on lumia 925 and is currently found
in only samsung galaxy zoom, htc one and lg g2
only problem-------------Windows operating system and very few apps(1,50,000 compared to million plus on google and ios both)
