Good General Vs. Bad General: The fake rivalry between Bajwa & Faiz

For people who have not listened to this vLog, Wajahat S. Khan mentions the front men of the army Generals.

He names the front man of generals for mining contracts in Balochistan.

He mentions front man of generals for SPD contracts in Sindh.

He mentions front man of generals for road contracts in Karachi.

He confirms Sabir Mithu as front man of generals for property deals contracts in Punjab.

The revelation start form HERE
Wajahat needs to be careful lest these generals do the same with him as they did with Arshad…

He is right , khan often use to say the same , i was having no contact with faiz neither he was my favt for next COAS , it was all drama , directed by Bajwa produced by GHQ
i have missed that comment from Imran Khan. they have been in contact since Faiz was a Brigadier,. Imran believed in him for sure. now whether or not Gen Bajwa and Faiz were playing a game is a matter of opinion. it is possible that Faiz was using Khan and fooling him but Khan had a confrontation for Faiz with Gen Bajwa when he was being moved from DG ISI position.

good food for gossip.

I have said it before and its proven again and again, Pakistani generals and senior military leaders are often evil corrupt satan worshippers.
Gen Faiz is in another league. he used his minions in Saudi Arabia to spread a rumor that PM Shebaz was going to appoint a Shia COAS and that COAS was also pro Iran.
knowing well that the sectarian fckers in KSA will start getting fits . now Asim Munir having a name including a Syed and Shah only increased their paranoia.
but story doesnt end here. Gen Faiz spread it in a way to make it appear as if it was coming from PTI circles . PM Shebaz had to contact the crown prince and promise him that he cant do such an unthinkable thing also COAS is a syed but he is not a shia.

there is another serving army officer who was working for General Faiz and he was gone AWOL in UAE who was busy spreading similar rumors that couldnt be traced back to Gen Faiz. looks like the game didnt pan out as planned by Gen Faiz,.

i have heard pak generals will meet Indian generals and have whiskey together and talk friendly politics.
of course totally legit.
add some more spicey shit because it helps to guild this hate narrative.
like they then swap their super models and make the Pakistani and Indian super models parade naked while getting drunk.

go on tell me what else you "heard".

I have said it before and its proven again and again, Pakistani generals and senior military leaders are often evil corrupt satan worshippers. They will use the country's women and loot the nation and take all the money abroad. Some say if u ever came to know the truth abt generals, ull be looking upon these corrupt politicians as angels. I think this is absolutely true, colonial parasites have destroyed the country.
I disagree. What you have is a generalization of the highest degree.

You folks make it sound like Generals are in the thousands. There are essentially 300-400 generals in the PA. Add another 50 + 50 for PAF/PN and even then this comes out to less than 5% of the overall BPS-19/20/21 (equal to 2, 3 and 4 star) manpower in our bureaucracy. So let's take stock of the magnitude before painting everyone with broad strokes.

Not every general is corrupt just like not every bureaucrat is corrupt. This is something that all those harping on the "corruption of generals" need to pay heed to.

Countless generals have served their country faithfully, honestly, patriotically and gone on to retire into the quiet sunset (recent examples like Lt Gen Tariq Khan and countless others). As such, please check the generalization and stereotyping.

i have heard pak generals will meet Indian generals and have whiskey together and talk friendly politics.
Sarcasm aside, that used to happen since the early days of partition. Indian generals used to visit Pakistan to meet their counterparts until 1964 and vice versa.

Its laughable the way reality is denied when it does not suit a particular political narrative. This is as big of a "Dhoka" to Pakistanis and the supporters of PTI as anything else. The very first casualty in all of this mess is the truth of the situation if PTI base pushes lies just the same as the other side. What makes them any different than the supporters of PML then?

IK used to meet regularly with LTG FH. This was prior to his tenure in the PM office when FH was DGC, during his tenure in the PM office when FH was DGI and post his tenure in PM office as the liaison between IK and Gen Bajwa.

selective memory syndrome or should I say selective truth syndrome.

Also, if Pakistani politicians can meet their Indian counterparts over "whiskey" then why is it off-limits to those in uniform?

So where is the LTG Faiz Hameed fan club now? Wasn't he some sort of knight in shining armor for a certain political demographic?

Would you also say that where is the QBJ fan club? Who was some sort of revolutionary and visionary according to a certail demographic on this forum?

As you rightly said, EVERYONE has been found out, across the divide.

Both were good officers for as long as their focus remained on the professional side of soldiering. The day the BPS-21 afsar was elevated above his job, that day he and his boys got out of hand. Who let them get out of hand is a discussion we have had many times over.

What I mean to say is that when Bajwa ran the army's training directorate, his work had a perceptible impact on the performance of the army in the conduct of COIN campaign. He deserves credit for this and Gen Raheel Sharif for appointing him to the directorate. So not everything, contrary to common perception here, done by Gens Bajwa and Hameed is net negative.

I never wrote odes to Bajwa here on this forum because I believe he was alright for as long as he was busy with his day job of running the Army.

I should also point out, not all army chiefs are self-promoting and out to line their own pockets. Bajwa and Kiyani completely destroyed their reputations by their own hands or the hands of their kin. However, generals Raheel Sharif, Musharraf, Jehangir Karamat, Waheed Kakar, Asif Nawaz and even Mirza Aslam Beg did not enrich themselves. They perhaps got involved in politics which is not in line with their office but they were not financially unscrupulous.

I actually appreciate Nawaz Sharif's stance (quoting WSJ here), who objected to any extensions for Bajwa and the previous chief as well. He was absolutely right on with his call perhaps after learning the hard way twice over. Lesson: Don't give the BPS-21 chap an extension ever! Send him home on the date of his retirement so he cannot get his tentacles deep into the system because when anyone does that, there is just way too much temptation to exploit from then on. Just imagine a nobody from the Army (Bajwas are not known to be a wealthy, landed aristocracy etc.) finding the whole world open to himself. Forget Pakistan, countless generals and admirals in the US have been fired and jailed for financial irregularities. The temptation is too high.

Faiz is an extremely intelligent and capable individual there is a gulf of league between him and Bajwa

those in uniform suppose to be the most loyal country men and discipline, instead of cheap mercenaries.

No, that is incorrect. We are ALL supposed to be loyal to our country and by the way what is the connection between "whiskey" and "loyalty"?

That aside, the vast majority of those in uniform, ala 99% are disciplined and loyal to Pakistan. As far as the mercenary nonsense is concerned, remind me where we have sent our boys if Pakistan's interests were not being served?

Not that I take everything that is disclosed on its face value, but glad that some of this stuff is out so those who were looking to garland FH and even hoping that he would become a member of the party will take a pause. Catharsis is that all the dirty laundry across khaki and mufti is coming out now. Those perceived to be angelic and not so angelic have been found out to a great extent.

Catharsis is exactly what I have gone through. Being an Airforce Brat, a year back I would proudly troll my friends that my political party's "intekhabi nishan" is a DMS boot. Initially post Regime Change I would not accept that military had a hand in this fiasco. Yes you knew there was corruption at the highest echelons but not this blatant anti "Mulk" treachery. Like you said all has been laid bare, and we see that our Military that was the wall against our enemies has been hollowed from inside by our own.... I am waiting for a revolution inside the military. Come see the light!!!!

On a side note. Just like what is being insinuated now i-e Our actresses consorting with Army Top brass, in 1993-4 there was a "Rumor" that while an Airforce themed TV drama was being shot (forgot the name) starring AO (go figure that out :D ) something similar happened. Supposedly ACM Abbas Khattak spent some quality time with her @ PAF Naltar. Afterwards she actually called up his residence (Air House) drunk!
Begum Khattak was not amused. He couldn't even deny it coz she called on the direct line (very few poeple had access to that) and not through PABX.
