Maldives is implying the same reason and strategy but the behaviour of Indian members suggesting sending Indian ships to Maldives teaching it a lesson and Indian tactics show that you have a big dent "Big brother" image. am i wrong?

As far as I know, only 1 or 2 Indian members suggested this; majority Indian members want this matter to be solved but not by the concerned mean.

GMR has complied with maldivian laws and has been granted relief by Singapore high court. It has also been proven right by world bank body.

If Maldives thinks it can get away by using force and not honouring international contracts it is in for a surprise.

1. There is nothing pro-India/con-India about this decision. Its asimple matter of Maldives not follwing its own contract and laws. Even a neutral Singapore Court has said this.

2. Even if we take your version as truth, which it is not, well, of course, we are not stupid to give money to people that are not pro-India. What logical sense does it make to give money to a country that is against you? Just like China throws some bones your way for your higher than Mount Everest friendship, we do the same with Maldives
