The dragon is here only to have some fun at the expense of @WebMaster 's wonderful forum by poking fun at Indians and looking the other away whenever somebody abuses India/Indians.

Some village councils such as this are actually part of the judicial system of India.

I can say with absolute certainty that I do not "hate" any country or any nationality. At all.

Such generalizations are illogical. You can't paint an entire country with a brush due to the actions of individuals, which is why I oppose the Western documentaries that try to paint it as being a part of India's "culture". Which famously led to an Indian student being rejected from a German university due to this "culture". Though the travel advisories are fair enough.
