Ahmadi Girl from Rabwah becomes World Record Holder at age 11 after achieving highest IELTS Score

Meet Sitara Burooj Akbar, the world record holder as the youngest person to have achieved the highest band score in the IELTS test, at the tender young age of 11 years. She is also the world record holder for completing her high school O'level exams between the age of just 9 and 11 with straight A’s. This brilliant young girl is already ready to go to university. Her aim is to go to Oxford or Cambridge in the UK.

Congratulations to the girl.

Pakistani kid.

Her parents run their own school so i guess you could say homeschooled :)

Her parents must be rightfully proud. What an achievement for a homeschooled child.

Getting back to the topic, who are this girl's teachers? They deserve the credit too.

Yup.

But a part of me still says what's the point of overburdening children like this and cramming stuff into them?

Like those youngest computer stuff kids, most subjects in A levels by Ali Nawazish and other such examples...

At this age kids should be taught everything a little and should have a basic understanding of the different scientific phenomenon around us.

@Pakistani Exile you should have seen the whole 9 pages :p::welcome:

Yup.

Not everything a little. Kids need English, Maths and Civics till grade 8, and the addition of science for high school, that is all. NO need to cram anything. Everything else can wait for college.

Yup that's what I meant..slowly build it up...

Basic "General Science" as I had it takes care of the fundamentals at a lower level, like atom, molecule, sun etc etc.
