3) As long as they are foreigners, they are foreigners.

5) Also more than 6 million migrants are illigal in Germany cause of multifold braking the german laws by government

6) Also a lot of Non-Germans in Germany, who were allowed to stay for a limited time, are still in Germany althought there limited time is over. Thats illigal too.

Turkish German citizens are legal citizens of Germany, but these racist skinheads use any excuse to deny them their rights.

No, they are not. It has to do with the EU. The dual citizenship is a right in the EU. Cause the idea was to let all walk everywhere and if they want to stay at a place in an other EU-country they also should have the posibillity to vote there. It was discussed in the 90s. But turky is no EU-Member. The thing that the city muncipals extended their visa illegaly had to do with the status of Turkey to the EU. And with the EU law of "staying 5 years in a EU country gives right to ask for citizenship or extention of stay there". Not long before the german law was "15 years stay in germany gives right to ask for citizenship". So many years ago, when Turky seems to be only 2-3 years away from being a EU-Member, there comes up the behavier to give turks extentions cause "in some years Turkey is EU-Member so..". But it never happend. And never will happen. Then the times goes by and huuuhhh most turks stayed longer as 5 years in Germany without having a correct Visa. And then all say "lets take the EU law with the 5 years". And this is not correct. First, the given extention was illegal, and second, Turkey isnt an EU Member so the law istnt for Turks.

And to all over this: The EU itself isnt even legal by the german law of 1990.
