I may be wrong but reading this article, this is more to do with safeguarding the welfare of the child, in many European countries and US there is a law which allows the state to take a child into protective custody and make it a ward of the state based on the fact that its biological family are unable to provide it a safe and nurturing environment.

In any case, the EU has the court of human rights which any resident can approach to hold the state to account. The title is sensationalist, because I read every now and then on CNN how authorities take a child away from parents with mental illness, poor health, drug abuse or who are unable to provide a positive enthronement for a child.

My heart goes out to the parents, and I must admit my ignorance to child welfare laws in Germany, but the German state is one of the most respected in Europe and very inclusive, I seriously doubt they are just targeting families because they are Muslim, that is not to say that the majority of families who have had their children taken in care are not of the Muslim faith.

The germany you seem to know does exist no more. Since more than 15 years. As i show in the other post here in topic: Only 20% has to do with "safeguarding the welfare of the child". 80% has to do with arbitrariness. And this is cause of the Laws the socialists implement 15 years ago and in this cases in topic written in the SGB III. And with this Laws the youth office do not need a judge to take away kids. They need no reason. They even just can say your cloth you wear shows mental instability and thus the kids have to be taken for their safety. And then they take the kids - with force if needed. Then you can go to judge. But judges are overloaded and you have to wait month if not year before hearing. Then judge commission a expert opinion. Then you wait again month. While in that time your kids are in a youth home and you are forbidden to see them. And that is what is happen to the familie in the OT. They need a good lawyer, a specialist for that kind of cases. But who has such many money to pay one? If the lawyer is to bad, the kids are lost forever and will be indoctinated by the socialist with the socialists ideology. I feel for the parents in the OT. But i fear they wont see their kids again.

So my advice to all migrants living in germany and have kids: Leave as soon as you can. Its getting worse and worse and crazier here.
