No.. They are not. Initially everything is tested before it comes to consumer's hand if test is negative its supply is halted immediately like in the case of Flavor Savor tomatoes back in 1994. FDA certifies everything and one has to take permission prior to launch its GMO product.

Burgeres like Europians and Islamadies develop "allergies" and that's the only health issue yet.

Third.. The picture you posted to show cruelty . Let me explain.. These are animal models on which research is done for the betterment of Human. They are grown massively and even to use them you have to take permission.

Ap k cells ko nahi pta k ap GMO kha rahy hain ya organic.Basic components of food to wahi hain. Nope i am not a expert in biology but i do know it is not natural. Most paper's claiming, that these GMO food are safe, have vested interest. I have watched a documentary, where a so call expert claims it is safe to eat GMO then he was confronted with a plate of food which is GMO, he refused on camera to eat it.

That one documentary with one stupid person can not be compared to billions of people getting benefit from GMOs. Just take an example of Insulin.. If this genetic engineering wasn't there to hum insaanon ya janwaron k pancreas kaat k wahan se drop by drop extract kar rahy hotay or aik jang shayd is pay b ho jati.. and Diabetes would have been lethal than cancer. I won't say more. Its enough to prove my point.

Is cotton edible? Other than the seeds which go into cooking oil, it is not.

People in many parts of rural Punjab are still growing the conventional way. As for the sake of argument, before these crops were being genetically modified was the world starving? Do you have any data for that?

I'm not in the business of playing god, so genetic engineering doesn't interest me. When it comes to growing naturally, all of our elders did so and it's apparent they were healthier and lived longer lives than most of today's generation will.

Yield might not be as great but most people would hardly want to compromise on quality over quantity.
