I was talking about Toyota's manufacturing in US. It builds more vehicles in US than it imports in US. That was the comparison.

Actually building vehicles is only one part of huge corporations like GM or Toyota. Building more or less vehicles in one place is simply a pointless comparison.

Boys in the Union did bot design cars like Pontiac Aztec, Buick Road Master, Saturns or Chevy malibus.

GM need to build cars that people wanna buy, blaming the Union is ludicrous.

GM designs and builds nice cars the Buick lacrosse shown below is just one example. but they are not competitive price wise.
