I never said I am against the "breakup of India". I simply said I am against an independent Kashmiri state. But whether or not I am for or against the breakup of India is immaterial. India is too strong to be broken up now. All the separatist movements are futile. Instead of focusing on a struggle for separatism, the Muslims of Kashmir should focus on protecting their religious rights and the social and political interests of their community at the national political level. An independent Kashmir would just end up being one of many other failed insignificant ethnic states

The Messiah will come and through him all religions, including Hinduism, will be exterminated. Islam will be supreme. I suspect it is possible our Messiah will do to the Hindus what the ancient Prophets and Judges of Israel were ordered to do by God to the Amalekites, Canaanites, Phoenicians and other pagan nations. Incorrect. The Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) has given us the glad tidings of the Messiah who shall appear in Damascus and enter through the gates of Jerusalem. He is the one who shall slay the Antichrist, and establish a new Islamic dispensation of utmost peace and harmony in the Earth. And it is said in the Suhuf-i-Mutahhara:
وَإِنَّهُ لَعِلْمٌ لِّلسَّاعَةِ فَلَا تَمْتَرُنَّ بِهَا وَاتَّبِعُونِ
ِAnd he (Messiah) is a sign of the Hour, therefore, do not doubt it but follow Me
(Sura 43: 61)

You had to use parenthesis to include Messiah in there. There is no direct reference to Jesus in this verse.

Please read sura 61:14 ............ you will know that Messiah had an army and he overpowered his enemy i.e. conquered.

Interesting quote, but you didn't cite the source.
So I looked it up. You are quoting from a Pervezi source, a book published by the Tolue Islam sect authored by Dr. Syed Abdul Wadud.

Nevertheless, the quote itself says "in those days the idea of Imam Mahdi was in vogue". So your argument that Abu Muslim al-Khurasani invented the concept of the Mahdi is refuted by your own source. The truth is that the concept of the Mahdi is that he is a descendant of the Prophet through Fatima (peace be upon them both). Abu Muslim was not a Fatimi so obviously he didn't "concoct" the idea of the Mahdi.

It is possible that the Abbasids fabricated some narrations about black flags coming from Khurasan in order to portray themselves as the Mahdi's army, but it is equally possible that they adapted the black flags in order to fit the already existing narrative based on Islamic traditions that can be traced back to the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam).

You have to read the context of Sura 43: 61 in order to realize that "he" is a pronoun that is referring to the Messiah. Begin reading from Sura 43: 57 to appreciate that it is talking about the Messiah.

As for Sura 61: 14, it is not necessarily talking about an army or overpowering the "enemy" by force of arms. Historically speaking, the disciples of the Messiah of Nazareth never waged a war or engaged in armed conquest. Therefore it is more likely the "triumph" spoken of here was a spiritual triumph.
