Hamas cannot win by its own unless Hezbullah & Syria joins the war. Syria & hezbullah joining the war means supply chain of Russian & Iranian weapons can come through. Otherwise Israel will achieve its objective that's giving a severe collective punishment to palestinians people. A very high cost of civilians losses. Israelis don't really care how many hamas members are being killed. They are only interested in suffering of Gazans. Israel is a murderous monster, it will simply destroy most of Gaza and push remaining residents towards one corner near Egyptian border. Israel can only lose if other fronts are opened like Hezbullah and syria.

Again, this all depends on how you define victory and loss. What the objectives are. The objective for Hamas is to survive, militarilly and politically after having humiliated Israel and inflicted major damage to Israeli prestige, intelligence and security. And by that, I think Hamas will win.

If Arab states try to get urgent more SAM from the USA, maybe it is cause of the danger of israeli missiles. Israel will fire them also at the countries around them shortly before they are defeated.
