Hamas should capture as many Israelis as it can alive and bring them to Gaza. Treat the prisoners as per international law but having a lot of Israelis captives in Gaza will mean Israelis can’t blindly bomb the whole strip and will have to be very careful in their approach. The only way to protect Gaza from mass bombing right now would be bringing enough Israeli captives alive into Gaza so Israelis don’t go blind bombing and shelling the strip.
