That is in addition to the relentless missile, rockets, sniping, IEDs, and face-to-face attacks.

In summary, the invading, mass-murdering Israeli forces must be suffering at least 100s of killed and wounded soldiers each day in the Gaza Strip. Their massacres and attacks on the civilian population in Gaza should be understood in this context. They're taking their rage on the innocent civilians.
