G-3 Rifle Vs IAF Mystere Fighter Jet

You seem to be the type of guy who would skip his Pooja to watch Arnab Goswami with undivided attention....after all who else can put such brilliant ideas in your head other than the person who chats live to a gangsters wife.....or maybe the Mystere pilot, whose details are available with PAF, just committed suicide by crashing his aircraft.

It is open knowledge now, that in Kargil, the first IAF Mig 27, which went down, was due to engine flame out on ingesting smoke from rockets fired on intruder positions.(Second Mig 21 was shot down by a MANPAD).

But were you to check Pakistan army website, you will find, two kills being awarded to two Pakistani soldiers(even receiving Medals of honor for it.)

So yes, Pakistani armed forces is perfectly capable of awarding fictitious kills, howsoever ridiculous they might seem.

Then there is IAF which even awarded a MiG-29 pilot for allegedly locking onto a PAF aircraft from within Indian side during Kargil conflict which also turned out to be false.
However, the claim of shooting down of the IAF jet by a rifle is nothing new, it was even mentioned in an article written soon after the war (May 1972), just the details were not known. Read the top of second part of the page to comprehend.

No one said, the claim had to be new. If an aircraft went down over Pakistan, someone has to claim a kill. Otherwise it is a wasted opportunity..ehh.

No matter, how ridiculous the subsequent story comes out to be.

Then again, if that was the case, PAF or PA could have laid claimed to another Mystere, whose wreckage was also found and assumed that it was shot down in error by a second Mystere aircraft.
I guess that opportunity went to waste....well ??

Ahh.. Pakistani armed forces and its claims. An Indian aircraft was shot down by its own, another by rifle men. Another which crashed due engine failure, was also claimed by infantrymen.

I guess you need no other entertainment in Pakistan, just PAF website would suffice.

Typical Indian escape.....run back to 71 to salvage tiny ego, for the same effort why not travel back a bit more.

I guess we should learn something from Indians.
I wonder how many Indian folks visit and watch this creative trophy daily and expand chest to the volume of 56'' .

Salient points :

Plane shot down in Pakistan. But nobody knows where the wreck is and who the indian pilot is. Nobody knows where the indian pilot vanished inside Pakistan. Just another story made to make the public feel good about the PAF's performance in the western sector in the 71 war.

Even the article quoted by PAF's pet Western journalist Fricker only says that there is a claim made . Not that it is remotely credible.

Lastly, how many more times will you post the same stuff again?

Another successive thread started by OP which looks like a ' Mystere shot down by a G3' ;-). In other words : BS. Time to take a break from the forum ?

Damn sugar indeed attracts fleas.
Let me ask you, how many IAF wreckage have you actually recorded or remember.
How many IAF pilots can you confirm that were taken as POWs or died in the battle.
How many bodies of dead pilots were returned that you are aware off.
You are in a such pathetic state that you can't even comprehend a simple fact that the pilot of the Mystere jet died in the crash.
And unlike Indians we don't make a song and dance about when it comes handing over the remains of soldiers, hell, you people weren't even ready to accept an alive pilot (Kambampati Nachiketa) in front of the media let alone all else.
And instead of questioning me, how many times will you repeat your same crappy lines again.

Although i haven't posted this incident in details before but who the hell are you to question this when you are hiding behind a false identity. First redeem your own credibility before fancying your self as some analyst.

@ Windjammer :

What's with the keyboard diarrhea ;-) ?

I pointed out that there is no record anywhere in your post , your article and even in the PAF records of where this ' mystery Mystere ' crashed, who the pilot was and where his body is. Please feel free to share these details.
Then the committee will consider your request.
Otherwise...well, you know .

Well here is the difference, between Indians and Pakistanis.

When Indians write such ridiculous stories, they make a movie and laugh at them, where as, when Pakistanis write such, they make it part of their history and teach it to their children.
Congrats for your achievement
