Of the 4 choices for attack chopper in anti armor role, MI28 wins hands down.......no need for more USA concessions...and it is proven more than the Atak or Z-10.

That's because of its benefit, that are far better than other available counterparts when compared on the basis of cost. Non of the available chopper is proven except AH-1Z in some areas or T-129 because its a derived version of A-129.
Lets take it rationally ...
AH-1Z is out of the picture, unless Pakistan does any other stupid deal with USA.
T-129 is costy and so is WZ-10 but quite less and totally unproven.
MI-28 is only viable option, but inferior to its counterparts in weaponry.

Apache deal .. Has it been signed ? And how many (probably limited numbers).
LCH is again no ready and a light attack heli.. Inferior to all the mentioned helis.. Like t-129,Mi-28,Z-9 etc... Meanwhile rudra is an armed utility helicopter..

P.S : We as of righ now have 54+ Cobras... Supplemented by 12+ Fennecs...

And 20 MI-35Ms on order ..

Though I agree that it is the best deal of all but TOT will only be provided for the acquisition of large no of choppers, fifty at least.
