Congratulations to China for flying the second indigenous carrier based AEW&C. May not be as flashy as the J-20 or the future H-20, but nonetheless a monumental step in PLAN aviation. .

作为对比，运-7基本型长23.7米，翼展29.2米。
可以判断KJ-600跟运-7毫无关系，是全新研制型号。
另一方面，E-2C长17.56米，翼展24.56米，两者尺寸相仿。

The KJ-600 is 18.1 meters long and has a wingspan of about 26.4 meters.
For comparison, the Y-7 has a basic length of 23.7 meters and a wingspan of 29.2 meters.
It can be judged that the KJ-600 has nothing to do with Y-7, and it is a new developed model.
On the other hand, the E-2C has a length of 17.56 meters and a wingspan of 24.56 meters, which are similar in size.
