these doctor want to earn 3lakh per month on first year of training like in europe but other professions here are working on 12000 per month during internship and some people have to work without any pay during their first year of internship ,we cannot give such salary to them as our economy is much weaker than west.I think we should increase number of seats for medical students from somalia,sudan and other african countries as well as war affected regions so that we can fill vacancies of such leaving doctors and also it will increase money flow in Pakistan

I'm sorry but these doctors in Pakistan are absolute trash. They have no ethics, no sense of the immense responsibility they have, they treat patients like cattle, they speak to patients coming from an average household as if they were treating them for free, cases of negligence are insanely high and there are never any repercussions for them, they exploit the patients' families, their education is defunct and outdated, in short, they are the perfect example of what the Pakistani society has become. They go on strikes in pursuit of their own monetary gains while their patients are dying, all the while displaying the audacity that these doctors in the video have shown. Let that sink in for a bit.

These self aggrandising and self-victimising two-bit doctors who are threatening to leave the country would have never been allowed to practice medicine in any functional society. I have seen scores of them running menial jobs in North America.

they get respect money job everything but these Doctors are never thankful enough. 90% probably female dr are sitting home and raizing kids 50% out of them are already out of country. 5 years internship and 5 years to serve Gov and then if you wanna out of country then they can before everyone who is inrolled in medicine to become doctor sud go thru this.

First thing this govt need to do is Ban doctor protests countrywide, charge those doctors with high treason who leave their duty for protests.

as for their threats to leave Pakistan, Govt of Pakistan should enact the laws which make doctors serve country for at least 15 years permanently or otherwise they have to pay all the costs Govt colleges spent on their education + heavy fine for wasting seat..
