Russia is self sufficient in defense technology. It could have built those two ships itself! And a look at the size of Russia. How will two ships be sufficient?!!

Some days back I read that French Navy wasn't happy with France keeping the Mistrals.....the report said France is already making 2 for its Navy and the Navy doesn't want to keep any more......
So this news doesn't makes sense
One of the news looks incorrect
so the question arises ,if not the Russians then who will buy them??

There are some possible buyers,such as Canada,but i don't really think any country will buy them.
It has been evoked that the Navy could keep one,and the other will be sold....
