Balls... more like France jumping on the bandwagon of defense companies getting to test out their latest weapon systems in a war zone. Standard operating procedure. Even Sweden beat France to the punch, in providing anti-tank munitions to the Ukrainians.

I wasn't talking about Ukraine buying them. Lord knows they haven't bothered to build an Air Force in the last 3-Decades. I doubt they'd be able to muster up the finances to buy even one.

I was talking in a hypothetical/humorous way for France to loan 'em the Rafales - which is why I used the word 'UBER'.

That's what I'm saying,it would take months to even train them. Imagine they are only used to Soviet fighter philosophy and aircraft. I think our pilots and engineers trained in France for more than 6 months on the Rafale. And they're used to NATO aircraft like the F-16,Mirage 2000 and Phantom.

Why didn't NATO hang around to defend their good neighbor?

They always tell someone to attack their enemy and then they just leave.

Remember when the Americans told the Kurds and Shias in Iraq they would support them if they started an uprising against Saddam? They left them alone afterwards. The Kurds who were abandoned a few years ago when the Turks were coming against them in Syria?

No. The training would take months and they are too expensive and they wouldn't risk having one being shot down by the Russians because of inexperienced Ukrainian pilots. Besides they have a lot of orders already.


It's funny because when the French support Greece or go against Turkey,most of the Pakistanis here laugh and mock them and now you guys mention France vs Russia and they are suddenly the good guys,their weapons are great etc.

Through Poland and Romania. The Americans and British are already sending Javelin and Stingers from what they say. And some AT weapons.

In Bosnia they were usually outnumbered. Just like many other UN forces. How about when they didn't surrender in so many other battles in history? They've fought bravely in countless battles from the medieval times to now.

As Putin believes, war is just an extension of politics.

Since the comedian cum President refused to go to the meeting on Feb 11 2022 or agree to comply with Minsk II agreement they have signed, the only alternative left is for Putin Russia to demilitarise and ensure Ukraine will be remain neutral.
That was when Putin Russia recognized the breakaway Republics. Zalensky should be held responsible for being misguide and his intransigence or on the other hand is Zalensky just a puppet?

BTW following the battle of Vrbanja bridge and Chirac saying "enough"... coupled with the serbs tasting some good old AUF1 shells,the Serbians were less likely to engage French peacekeepers..

Pakistan didn’t come up with the Pejorative term- cheese eating surrender monkeys- the lovely brits did- just saying.

And I use to like the french leaders a lot. Chirac was a man of honour. Can’t say the same for the last decade.
