Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of Pakistan, root of all present and future evils!

.
How? We need solutions not more conflicts and problems.

COAS or chief justice. But both will need grounds to justify their actions. Easy for the Supreme Court because he has so many cases against him. He lied in the parliament. The SC needs to interpret the Constitution and decide whether the SC has authority as to what was said in the parliament in this regard.

In any case the head of the committee hearing this case has made his pro-government and anti-protest biases obvious. He is also related to Geo's ceo. Highly unlikely the case will go against the premier despite overwhelming evidence. The case will be dismissed on a technnicality.

Constitution of Pakistan is very biased towards sitting PM as evident in 14th amendment.

'Your highness 'in the UN was no mistake. It was later changed after the negative media attention. Nawaz sees himself as king and will never resign for the sake of democracy.

He is already avoiding public after 'Go Nawaz Go' slogans are heard wherever he goes. Like Zardari, his illegal reign wouldn't expand beyond PM Secretariat. His legitimacy has been already violated internationally.

All that at our expense, the people of Pakistan.

They were professionals who came into politics to serve, not to seek employment or to enrich themselves. Ministers commanded the respect of the people and of public servants.
I think that answers your question :)

it must contain mechanisms to amend it to keep it updated and relevant
Sadly ours gets "updated" to serve the very corrupt ...

. . .
Yes but you quoting doesnt make any changes....

People do get what they deserve but the minority that doesnt deserve it should bring in the change...

The minority either suffers or leaves. I don't see any big changes coming any time soon.

if there is a will, there is a way ....

even today dispossession of NS government (change with in parliament) is possible constitutionally .... but there is no will and support to go in that direction ....

NS has a majority in parliament. I don't see any chance of in house change

.
Thats up to what one chooses to see....like the water half full or half empty ;)

The glass is always full. It is only the ratio of water to air that varies. Pakistan is mostly hot air.

sarkar not denying this ...

I was simply saying that if IK is enjoying the support of Khakis as propagated then there is a constitutional way out to topple the NS government, but this is not the case nor IK is enjoying that support from Khakhi neither he wants it

ab mujse tarika na poch na ......

Just fool the people say loads of crappy lies, this is what these bastards politicians are good at. When these laws comes close to catch them, they find new excuses or new laws are made to protect themselves.
