I will tell you what will happen once you shoot down a drone:

1. USAF/CIA will send another drone escorted by two F-15's. This drone will take care of the targets that the original drone was supposed to destry but couldn't. The F-15's will bomb the hell out of your airbase from where the attack priginated.

2. NATO gunships will send a few of your rangers/whatever on the AfPak boorder to heaven.

3. The K-L bill will be scrapped. All other forms of civil/military aid to Pakistan will be suspended.

4. Lockheed Martin will be prohibited from supplying any spares for your F-16's in the future. Other US based defense equipment manufacturers will also be ordered the same.

5. A few US senators, sponsored by the Indian lobby, will bring a new bill branding Pakistan a terrorist state and asking for imposing sanctions upon Pakistan.

6. The US assets inside Pakistan will openly start targetting ISI assets. Imagine a few more Raymond Davis'.

7. A lot of other economic shyt will follow.

8. Your people will eat grass for a few more years to come.

And this is supposing you don't reply back to the US. If you do, then you can imagine what the next steps will be.

and Pakistan Air Force will just sit and see all this happen.. yeah right.. and don't give me that advanced technology Sh!t.. Here's a link for you.

US couldn't win war against 15000 taliban who have only guns and rocket launchers.. where is all the advance technology??.. why cudn't they win the war in over a decade?? any guess?

I heard Gen.Mirza Aslam Baig (R) interview last night on ARY ONE WORLD.
He said that Pak Fyzaiya can do every thing to shoot down the drone. But its government who don`t wants that.

Also radar detection technology is weak after OBL type incidents or large scale attacks.

Where are those blackmailing silly dirty magicians claiming they can do all sort of things with spirits, let them use their know how and bring down some drones and kill the Pakistani politicians by black magic if they are "so capable".

How many times i will have to listen this from you- Well i am sure that the above scenario is your wildest fantasy-

Tell me one thing- What is the use of a drone if it is escorted by f-18 or f-15 which are armed to the teeth with AMRAAMS- Cant the fighters just carry AGMs?-

Why waste the time and effort of trained pilots when a drone can kill plenty of islamist by itself. If trained pilots do have to take time out of thier busy day...so be it.

Drone strikes started with consent of pak army(while they were in rule)and ever since there is active cooperation between isi and cia in counter insurgency operations which includes drone attacks,selection of targets etc etc(conformed by pak army officers who are members of this forum).So why is there even a discussion about shooting down drones?

There has to be due process. Can you imagine US bombing its own citizens? The US arrests and tries the most ardent criminals on its own soil, but when it comes to Pakistan screw the due process and just kill the Pakistanis.

Especially in a region like FATA where proximity to terrorists really cannot be helped by FATA residents but they have to pay with their lives just because of the lazyness of the US. This strategy has also failed, for every one wrongful killing by these drones, the entire family of 10 may sign up for Taliban's cause and it is now the belief of most rational people that, that's the reason why after 10 years of fighting the terrorists the US has only increased terrorism.

It keeps getting repeated yet if all these Pakistanis are joining up why do all the terrorists of late seem to be chechens and uzbeks?

If every time a family member is killed why arent there thousands grabing an Ak and heading into FATA for revenge with all the people killed by terrorists in the cities?

Three ways to stop the drones.

1. Kayani descides they stop.

2. Pakistan actually controls Pakistan and doesnt have warlords setting up private fiefdoms in the tribal areas.

3. When the US tells the ISI about a training camp you dont ask Haqqani for permission before you raid it.
