But you're not USA...

Man this is bad !

They have permissions to do because they are USA !?

With such a mentality you have to wait for Afghan drones if they get some !

This thread is proof that even if we improve diplomatic relationship with other nations, certain factors won't let that happen. Arab lovers is bound to hate Iran, Afghans bound to lick the boot of Indians, Persian lovers bound to target certain factor that may upset the majority of population in Pakistan. In result, there is never ending cycle.

I implore you all people to get past the meaningless insecurities and look for the future. Pakistan must maintain relationship with Iran because both are neighbor, and therefore, both should cooperate with each other and they are. Those who are trying to harm the nations should be addressed with the cooperation to hasten the process. Those who don't cooperate are not worthy of alliance.

There is no hope with Afghanistan. We all knew from the beginning. Iran understood this, Central Asia that borders Afghanistan understood this, and it took Pakistan while to understand this, hence paying the price. India understood this hence taking advantage of Afghanistan hopeless case to turn into proxy wars against Pakistan.

There is one neighbor that wants to have neighborly relationship with Pakistan, and that is Iran. And so do we. And Pakistan already has undeniably brotherhood relationship with China. Saudi Arabia is not our neighbor nation, but it stands to benefit a lot from Pakistan enmity with Iran. So i implore people to look at the big picture and stop bickering like women here.

This is indeed a sad news. Once we have a border door in place at Pakistan side of the border, such types of incidents will be reduced significantly.

We have to drone them inside pakistan...
Is it confirmed that Jaish Al Adl has performed this act?

Pakistan is not silly to wage a war and create unrest in Iran when it has agreed on important aspects.

Pakistan-Iran agree for joint Anti-Terrorist and Anti-Drug operations
May 6, 2014
Islamabad: Visiting Iranian Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli said Tuesday that Pakistan has agreed to joint operations against terrorists and drug traffickers in the border regions.

Pakistan Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, however, said that security forces of both countries would carry out operations on their respective sides of the border, Xinhua reported.

Speaking at a joint press conference in Islamabad after holding talks on security issues, the two sides agreed to coordinate on security and border issues.

The relationship between the two neighbouring countries has been tense in recent months after a militant group kidnapped five Iranian guards.

Iran had claimed that the group “Jaish-ul-Adal” had abducted the guards to Pakistan in February, but Pakistan said the guards had not been brought to the Pakistani side.

Nisar told the news conference that there would be closer intelligence cooperation, greater security collaboration and greater sharing of information.

The Iranian minister, who also met Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, said his side raised important issues to promote and expand security and economic cooperation between the two countries.

Sanctions no more: Pakistan, Iran agree to bolster security, trade

ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan and Iran agreed on Friday to boost security ties while bolstering bilateral relations in diverse areas of trade, economy and energy.

The two countries also signed six agreements and decided to open up two more crossing points along their borders.

“Our trade and economic ties have suffered due to sanctions. We have agreed to strengthen our bilateral ties in diverse areas of trade, economy, energy and security,” Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said while addressing a joint press briefing along with Iranian President Hassan Rowhani at the PM House on Friday.

Rowhani arrived in Islamabad on a two-day state visit, his first after being elected as president in August 2013, and held talks with Nawaz on matters of mutual interest.

He said Pakistan and Iran consider each other’s security as their own security, adding there is a will and resolve among the two countries to combat extremist and terrorist groups and to prevent such elements from shattering peace in the region.

“[The] two countries are committed not to allow extremist and terrorist groups to threaten their shared border security,” Rowhani said, adding that they were determined to step up cooperation and consultation in the fight against terrorism and on bolstering regional security.

While emphasising the need to secure the porous border between them, the Iranian president said that security of the two countries is intertwined and interdependent which requires more effort.

Nawaz said the two leaders discussed wide range of issues during their one-on-one talks, which lasted for half an hour. They discussed bilateral relations as well as matters pertaining to regional and international importance.

Rowhani said the two sides discussed diversification of trade and economic relations and the ways and means to explore new opportunities of cooperation in energy sector, including the export of electricity from Iran to Pakistan, boosting bilateral trade by means of preferential trade and moving towards a free trade agreement between Pakistan and Iran.

The two sides also explored the possibility of sea trade through Gwadar and Chahbahar ports. The Iranian President said the two sides also need to enhance cultural relations as well as regional cooperation and for finding political solutions to regional problems and conflicts.

To better encourage trade and economic interaction as well as to facilitate people-to-people contact, Nawaz announced that both sides had agreed to open two additional border crossing points.

Agreements signed

Nawaz and Rowhani, after completing bilateral talks, oversaw the signing of six agreements between Pakistan and Iran in the fields of foreign relations, trade and health.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) for five-year Strategic Trade Cooperation Plan was signed by Commerce Minister Khurram Dastgir and Iran’s Minister of Industries Mohammad Nematzadeh.

Other agreements include cooperation between Pakistan’s Foreign Service Academy and Iran’s School of International Relations; cooperation and information exchange between Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and Central Insurance of Iran; cooperation between Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of Iran; cooperation for research, training on health, medicine and medical technology and cooperation between Institute for Political and International Studies of Iran and Karachi Council on Foreign Relations of Pakistan (KCFR).

Earlier, Rowhani arrived in Islamabad at the head of a high-powered delegation for a two-day official visit. He was accorded a red carpet welcome at the Nur Khan Airbase and was received by the PM and cabinet members.

Rowhani, who was invited by Nawaz, was accorded a 21-gun salute. Static guards of the Pakistan Air Force also presented him with a salute. Later, when he arrived at the PM House, he was warmly received by Nawaz and presented a guard of honour. He is expected to hold meetings with President Mamnoon and Adviser to PM on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz today (Saturday).

Iran, Pakistan Sign Security Agreement

ISLAMABAD (Dispatches) -- Iran and Pakistan signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand security cooperation between the two neighboring nations.

The cooperation agreement was signed by Iran’s parliament speaker Ali Larijani and Pakistan's National Assembly speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad on Thursday.
In the MoU, the two neighbors condemned the actions of certain terrorist elements which seek to create insecurity along the borders of the two countries.
The document highlighted Tehran and Islamabad’s common concerns regarding the escalation of terrorism, drug trafficking and insecurity in the region while agreeing to boost their collaboration to ensure the region’s sustainable security.
The agreement also underlined the importance of strengthening inter-parliamentary relations as an effective factor in consolidating bilateral ties between Iran and Pakistan.
On Friday Larijani met with Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain. He warned against the enemies’ plot to spread extremism across the Middle East and called for a collective campaign to eradicate the phenomenon.
Larijani pointed to extremism as a regional problem, noting, "The phenomenon has been created in the region by the enemies and an effective joint campaign by the regional countries against such phenomena is a necessity.”
Larijani, on a two-day visit to Pakistan, expressed regret over the insecurity occasionally caused by terrorists across the two countries’ border and called for Tehran-Islamabad cooperation to prevent such incidents.
The Pakistani president, for his part, praised Iran’s determination to expand its relations with Pakistan and stressed that Islamabad seeks closer ties with all countries, particularly its neighboring states.
He also underlined Pakistan’s determination to continue combat against terrorism until it completely uproots violence and insecurity.
In October, Iran summoned Pakistan’s ambassador to Tehran over a series of terrorist incidents that killed several Iranian guards at the Pakistani border.
Iran has repeatedly criticized its eastern neighbors for failing to rein in terrorists who cross the borders back into these countries after carrying out attacks on Iranian soil.

Pak issues with AF on the Torkham border
Dont try to be smart, because it will turn out ugly for you, asusual. Iran and Pakistan have made agreements like civilised nations.

Afghanistan wants to be uncivilised and unethical, by bringing weapons on the border, so was slapped on the butt. Next time bring a delegation for talks and Pakistan will do the same.

Exactly, we can't just blame Pakistan for this, but ourselves too. Whether we like it or not, Pakistan has enough on its plate in their country, we can't expect them to catch every single terrorist (while I believe they could have done much better in past years on some cases).

On our side, we have to build a huge and modern wall on Pak and Afghan border, and shoot every unauthorized moving object near the border, be it a plastic bag or a human being. This will be much better.

To those who say Jaish al-Adl is an Iranian group based in Iran: There is a reason why ALL of their attacks are near the Iran-Pakistan border areas, doesn't take a genius to know the reason. We should solve this problem ourselves instead of waiting for Pakistan, but that doesn't mean you can ignore the problem here.

Bro, the only solution is building a wall. Let the traffic between 2 countries goes through official and legal routes. It's not just about terrorism, but also smuggling and drug trafficking.

Appreciate the mature response and the fact that you havent let Afghan baiting cause you to badmouth Pakistan. We do have a lot of bad things going on in our country right now and unfortunately cross border smuggling/terrorism on the Iranian border is not able to get the attention it would get in normal circumstances. Ever since we started clamping down on the Afghan border as part of operation Zarb e Azb, terrorism has declined by more than 70% (http://tribune.com.pk/story/953303/over-last-9-months-70-decline-in-terrorist-attacks-in-pakistan/). Iranian policy on Afghan refugees has always been a lot more realistic and beneficial to the well being of Iran than Pakistan's which frankly speaking has been meek to put it in nice words.

With regards to the Iran-Pakistan border, it would be good for both nations if Iran starts placing more resources on this border in order to control the movement of terrorists/smugglers. The fact that the Pakistani and Iranian armed forces have held exercises recently (http://www.iran-daily.com/News/139684.html) emphasizes that despite all the bad things going on in the region, we can still work together for mutual benefit. Again in different circumstances the Pakistani army would have been able to clamp down more hardly on this border but given that we have a heavily manned eastern border with India + a war going on in our border with Afghanistan, there's only so much resources and manpower that our nation possesses to properly tackle the issues on a third border. Condolences and RIP to your dead soldiers who were serving their nation, and hopefully such incidents become more rare as Balochistan takes a more frontline seat in Islamabads policymaking as CPEC extends to this region.

Iran has a track record of oppressing Sunni population on Sistan and it flares aggression against the state.

Terrorism is issue on Pak Afghan and Iran border. Blaming Pakistan for everything will never resolve anything. Indian Monkey found with his companion red handed in Baluchistan. Guess who be the beneficiary of unstable Baluchistan on both side of border.

Any particular reason for posting last year's incident.

Iranian guards killed on Pakistan border
  • 7 April 2015

Indian on social media rampage after NSG failure . You will found lots of forum on internet where Indian are cursing or calling name to Pakistan....You can t change the nature.

I hear loads of Pakistanis say ISI is the best intelligence service in the world... I don't really care about that, so please don't make comparisons, but if they are so good, why can't they weed out these rats so they don't conduct these attacks?

We have no problem with pakistan... Only saudi financed terrorists creating problems!

Basically you do have unspoken issue with Pakistan that is why you are allowing Indian agencies to operate from Iran, also you hidden have ties with Taliban and US, Taliban leader's free moment in Iran and his death after crossing border in Pakistan is prove of it.
