The question as to who won the war is hard to answer. Both countries armies managed to infiltrate borders and gained temporary control over pieces of enemy .Most of indo-pak wars ended up in stalemate because our countries did not had enough resources to prolong wars for more than 17 days and were looking for foreign military asistance. If you consider taking back what was taken from you as victory then you are victor

Irrelevant because they are opinions. While the flight or controlled crash in 1895 was recorded by newspapers.

Many Indians hate Indians for being Indians. I find this not surprising. Also the guy was Hindu, that adds to the problem. Congress stayed in power for so long, there was a reason. In any case, it is doubtful you will come around to this. Take a look at this, will be easier for you to accept.
