If Despite Bangladesh had not having good relation with India, due to the latter's arrogance and incompetence in relation to water sharing, villification and trade it would never be in stable condition which could impacts its Bangladesh's economy very badly, Bangladesh is progressing. Bangladesh is making money because of friendly despite the one-sided adversarial attitude nature of India.
