I drink 1 ltr milk everyday plus there is curd .

Seriously Haryanvi drinks alot of milk . In my hostel guys used to drink 4 glass of milk for breakfast alone with lots and lots of sugar . And man the first night I was having dinner in the Mess I was stunned when I saw them applying ghee on Chapattis .

Just had 350 ml Glass of Warm Milk mixed with 30 g of Raw Whey protein and 1 packet of Parle G biscuits for Dinner

NA , Vegetables were made for Dinner and I don't like them . So I replaced it with Milk and Biscuits .
I am a Vegetarian with Vegetable consumption of less than 10 %

I dont drink coz it smells, but use it in tea. seen brits directly drinking milk from packaging (without heating). yukk.
I think brits drink much more milk than Indians on average, and its quite cheap here too.
