But there was no such thing as Pakistan at the time of the First World War!
When people will understand that it will be better for both the side. It was British India if people have objections with India word.

.
then what was it. :sarcastic:

no need to be sarcastic.

Brahmins were kicked out everytime they wanted to get a hold of local tribes in Punjab, Sindh, and KP.

Some Khatri tribes and some jaat tribes did follow hinduism.

But they were never happy, and they jumped ship as soon as they found an alternative more close to their heart.

Old times these tribes went to Bhuddism.

And later to Sikhism

Still it was extremely difficult for Brahmins to make inroads all these centuries.

As a result

Brahmins stuck to Ganga Valley and south India where they were accepted whole heartedly.

But Indus valley never got into the draconian system of appointing Brahmins at their heads.

.
nahin yaar.

Hinduism never got accepted in large numbers by the tribes living up and down INdus river

They rejected Brahmin mafia just like they rejected old Arab style Islam (Arabs showed up much later off course). They were too damn proud of their local traditions.

Buddhism was the first established religion that made inroads. And you know why? Right?

read the literature of Indus valley for the past 1000 years and you will understand.
Ha ha.. You just coined a new term along with new History. :)

Buddhism came from Hinduism in 6th century BCE and that too after Jainism.

Who appointed Brahims at the top of the society

And on the other extreme, the true local inhabitants of GV were considered Shudras?

Who did that?

Aliens?

or Brahmin mafia?

Take your pick.

In that case, the correct term of the state that was used on the passports at that time was the "Indian Empire".

It is not a matter of happiness or geographic location. It is a matter of fact:

thanks for sharing a historic pic

But still I don't know what you are trying to prove.

I am merely stating facts, that there was no such thing as Pakistan at the time of WW1, which makes the title and OP of this thread quite erroneous. That is all. There is no proof needed. Res ipsa loquitur.

You should know one thing, Pakistani History only starts from 14 Aug1947 on wards and before that it was collective History. Rest you are Historian, so you know how to twist the history like leftists did in India. ;)

good filmy script bro.

Hahaha Pakistanis have a weird interpretation of history. Majority of Buddhist relics recovered are from KPK and surrounding areas, very few found in Punjab, Sindh. Majority of Pakistani castes have Hindu origin like Sudhan/Sheikh(Brahmins), Rajput, Jatt etc. These groups and others make up large numbers in West Punjab and all are recorded as being historically Hindu.

.
So if we want to celebrate the role of WW-1 warriors from Punjab and KP, we cannot do so in Pakistan

until we get your approval?

No, celebrate the warriors and the history of the regiments they fought for all you want. Just do not contrive a relationship with the State of Pakistan.
